摘要
目的 :建立我国正常人和各类心脏病患者的心音数据库及心音彩色三维图谱库。方法 :应用自行研制的心音数据库生成系统采集 10 5例正常人和 2 44例心脏病患者的数据 ,应用小波变换和自回归模型方法对入库数据进行分析。结果 :①成功建立了心音数据库及三维图谱库 ;②小波变换可成功提取心音不同频段的信息 ;③彩色三维图谱分析可提取不同心音信号的特征信息。结论 :心音数据库及彩色三维图谱库的建立 ,为自动化心音分析及心音诊断学研究打下了基础。
Objective:To establish the heart sound database and the colored three dimensional spectrum database of normal persons and patients with heart disease.Methods:Using the database producing system,105 normal persons and 244 patients with heart disease were selected into the database.Every case of heart sound data was annotated by heart disease specialists.The data was analyzed by wavelet and autoregressive model method and the colored three dimensional spectrum database was established.Results:①The heart sound database and the colored three dimensional spectrum database were established successfully.②The wavelet transform method could obtain the different frequency information of heart sound. ③The three dimensional analysis method could obtain the characteristic information of heart sound.Conclusion:The establishment of the heart sound database and the colored three dimensional spectrum databaselays lays the foundation for automatic analysis and diagnostics of heart sound.
