摘要
目的 :对组成根面龋的致龋菌进行培养、分离和鉴定。方法 :选择 2 5例患者的 3 2颗根面龋患牙 ,收集龋损根面牙本质标本 ,于牛心脑浸液血琼脂中 3 7℃厌氧培养 5d ,并进行分离鉴定。结果 :3 2例中分离出厌氧菌 10个属 ,共 12 5株。链球菌、放线菌和韦荣氏菌的检出率较高 ,占所有检出菌株的 5 9 2 %。结论 :根面龋菌丛的优势菌为链球菌、放线菌和韦荣氏菌。
Objective:To determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of the flora associated with human root surface caries.Methods:Thirth two teeth suffered from root surface caries from twenty five patients were selected.The carious dentin of these teeth were collected with a sterile dental scaler.Samples were spread over the surface of brain heart infusion yeast extract blood(sheep) agar plates and incubated anearobically at 37℃ for five days.Microbial genera and species were identified.Results:Ten genera and 125 species were isolated from 32 cases of root surface caries.The predominant cultivable flora(PCF) were Propionibacterium,Eubacterium,Arachnia propionica,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Actinomyces,Clostridium,Peptostreptococcus,Streptococcus,and Veillonella.Conclusion:The PCF of all root surface samples was found to consist of a wide variety of organisms.Streptococcus,Actinomyces,and Veillonella constituted the major fractions of the total anaerobically cultivable flora.
