摘要
目的 :评价新剂型 1%盐酸特比萘芬搽剂的疗效及安全性。方法 :将 10 0例浅部真菌感染患者随机分为试验组对照组 ,试验组给予特比萘芬搽剂外用 ,对照组外用联苯苄唑溶液。结果 :试验组与对照组的痊愈率分别为 5 0 0 %和 3 0 0 % ,有效率分别为 90 0 %和 75 0 % ,试验组的痊愈率与有效率均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。真菌消除率分别为 83 0 %和 81 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ,说明两药抗菌效果均较好。不良反应发生率分别为 14 0 %和 17 0 % (P >0 0 5 )。体外研究表明 ,特比萘芬搽剂对临床试验所分离的 6属 9种 14 7株常见真菌的MIC范围 :皮肤癣菌为 0 0 4～ 0 16mg/l,念珠菌为 0 0 8～ 0 63mg/l,优于联苯苄唑溶液。 结论 :特比萘芬搽剂治疗浅部真菌病疗效好 ,安全性高。
Objective:To evaluate the safty and efficacy of the new formulation 1% terbinafine lotion in the treatment of dermatomycoses.Methods:Two hundreds patients with dermatomycoses were randomly divided into terbinafine and bifonazole groups.The former group were administered topically with terbinafine(twice daily),and the later group with bifonazole(once daily) for 2 weeks with tinnea corporis and tinea cruris,for 3 weeks with tinea mannus and tinea pedis.Results:The curative rates of terbinafine and bifonazole groups were 50.0% and 30.0% ( P<0 01) ,the efficacy rates 90.0% and 75.0% ( P<0 01) ,the mycological clearance rates 83.0% and 81.0%( P>0.05) ,respectively.Conclusion:Terbinafine lotion is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of dermatomycoses.
