光叶番荔枝提取物抗肿瘤作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究光叶番荔枝石油醚、氯仿和乙醇提取物对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180 和小鼠肝癌H2 2 瘤体生长的抑制作用。方法 称取定量的光叶番荔枝提取物 ,用 1 %CMC Na研磨配制成所需浓度的混悬液。将制备的肿瘤细胞悬液 ,以 0 .2mL/只的量接种于小鼠右前肢腋部皮下 ,2 4h后将已接种的小鼠随机分组。各组均连续给药 7d ,停药后 1~ 3d将小鼠拉颈处死 ,剥取瘤块称重 ,计算抑瘤率。结果 光叶番荔枝石油醚、氯仿和乙醇提取物对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180 和小鼠肝癌H2 2均有不同程度的抗肿瘤活性 ,其中以光叶番荔枝石油醚可溶部分和 93 %乙醇提取物抑瘤效果最好 ,其对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180 和小鼠肝癌H2 2 的抑瘤率分别可达 5 1 .4%和 63 .0 %。结论 光叶番荔枝石油醚、氯仿和乙醇提取物具有较显著的抗肿瘤作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the inhibiting effect of skellysolve, chloroform and alcohol extract from annona glabra on the growth of mouse transplanted sarcoma S 180 and hepatoma H 22 . METHOD Extract of annona glabra was grounded and made into suspension with required concentration using 1% CMC-Na, and 0.2mL of the prepared tumor cell suspension was inoculated into each mouse. The mice were grouped randomly 24 hours later. Drug administration was performed in each group for 7 days and 1~3 days after the withdrawal of the drug the mice were killed and the tumor weighed. RESULT Skellysolve, chloroform and alcohol extract from annona glabra had different degrees of anti-tumor activity on the growth of mouse transplanted sarcoma S 180 and hepatoma H 22 , with the best effect achieved with skellysolve and 93% alcohol extract. The inhibiting rates on mouse transplanted sarcoma S 180 and hepatoma H 22 were 51.4% and 63.0% respectively. CONCLUSION Skellysolve, chloroform and alcohol extract from annona glabra have marked anti-tumor effect.
