摘要
目的 研究三棱不同炮制品总黄酮镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠扭体法、热板法对三棱中相对含量较高的总黄酮进行镇痛作用研究 ,同时比较不同炮制品的作用强弱。结果 三棱经醋制后 ,镇痛作用较生品有所增强。结论 三棱总黄酮具显著镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the analgesic effect of the total chromocor from different preparations of Rhizoma Sparganii . METHOD Mouse body-twisting method and hot plate method were used in the investigation and the total chromocor first sieved from Rhizoma Sparganii had marked analgesic effect. Comparison was also made between different preparations. RESULT Rhizoma Sparganii treated with vinegar has enhanced analgesic effect compared with the crude drug. CONCLUSION Total chromocor from Rhizoma Sparganii has marked analgesic effect.
