一阶导数分光光度法测定双氯芬酸钠栓的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :测定双氯芬酸钠栓的含量。方法 :一阶导数分光光度法。结果 :线性范围 5 .6~ 5 6μg·mL 1(r =0 .9999,n =6) ,平均回收率 96.2 1% (RSD =0 .64 % ,n =3 )。结论 :该法简便、准确 。 Objective:To determine the cotent of diclofenac sodium suppository. Methods:First derivative spectrophotometry was used. Results:The linear relation was obtained in the range of 5.6~56 μg·mL 1 (r=0.999 9,n=6), the average recovery was 96.21%(RSD=0.64%,n=3). Conclusion:The method was simple and rapid, and it could be used for the quality control of diclofenac sodium suppository.
