摘要
通过对六连杆抽油机的运动和动力特性分析 ,建立了相应的解析方程 ,给出了运动规律曲线和动力特性曲线 ,并对改造的CYJYW12— 5 4— 53HF六连杆抽油机和一台CYJY12— 4 8—73HB常规游梁抽油机在相同工况下做了受力分析对比计算。计算结果分析表明 ,六连杆抽油机的构件尺寸对其性能的影响很大 ,合理选择构件尺寸是该机的技术关键 ;六连杆抽油机各构件受力均小于常规机和异相机 ;这种抽油机结构复杂 ,但相对于最大冲程相同的常规机 ,外形尺寸较小 。
Based on an analysis of the kinetic and dynamic characteristics of pumping unit with six bar linage,relevant analytical equations are set up,and the motion law curve and dynamic characteristic curve are given.Forces on a pumping unit with six bar linkage and a conventional pumping unit are calculated and analyzed respectively.The results show that,the sizes of the component parts of the pumping unit with six bar linkage have great influence on its performance,therefore it is of great imporance to select rationally the sizes of the component parts;the forces on the pumping unit with six bar linkage are smaller than that on the conventional unit and phased unit;the pumping unit with six bar linkage has smaller size and lighter weight compared to the conventional unit with the same maximal stroke.
