Natural Gas Price Should be Counted in Calorific Value

通过对大庆油田不同区块和采用不同工艺处理的外输油田伴生气和气井气进行热值分析，说明同体积不同气源的天然气的热值存在很大差异。天然气价格要体现按质论价的原则，这是与国际惯例接轨的需要，也是商品经济发展的必然要求，尽快实施热值计价，有助于我国天然气工业的发展。

Analyzed the calorific value of the gas-well gas and the export-associated gas from the different processing technology and differentgeological blocks of Daqing Oilfield. Stated the large difference of thegas specific calorific values. The gas price should follow the principleof 'Price according to quality', this is the requirement of rail connectionwith the international practice, and requirement of development of thecommodity economy. The quick implementation of counting incalorific value is helpful to the development of gas industry in China.
