国产与进口低顺式BR性能对比

Comparison of properties between domestic and imported low cis-BRs

通过红外光谱测试、橡胶加工分析仪分析及大配合混炼工艺试验和硫化胶物理性能检测 ,对国产与进口低顺式BR进行了性能对比。结果表明 ,国产与进口低顺式BR的微观结构基本相同 ,国产低顺式BR硫化胶的拉伸强度和定伸应力略高于进口产品 ,其它物理性能及工艺性能与进口产品接近 。

The comparison of properties between the domestic and imported low cis BRs was made through the infra red spectroscopic analysis,the rubber processibility analyser analysis,the workshop mixing experiment and the test of physical properties for vulcanizate.The results showed that the micro structure of the domestic low cis BR was similar to that of the imported one;the processibility and physical properties of the domestic low cis BR were also similar to those of the imported one except that the tensile strength and modulus of the formers vulcanizate were somewhat higher than those of the latters vulcanizate;and the domestic low cis BR could replace the imported one in radial tire production.
