摘要
针对目前游梁式抽油系统杆、管、液耦合振动仿真模型未考虑电动机转速波动对系统影响的不足 ,建立了考虑电动机转速波动影响的游梁式抽油系统动态参数仿真数学模型。模型由描述曲柄运动规律的非线性常微分方程和描述杆、管、液耦合振动的偏微分方程组组成。因为两个单元的数学模型是通过一个独立变量相互耦合的 ,因此通过对独立变量迭代计算便可分别对两个单元进行独立的仿真计算。根据独立模块仿真方法建立的游梁式抽油系统动态仿真软件 ,具有仿真计算简单。
On the basis of the present simulation model of the coupled vibration of the rod string,tubing string and fluid column,the mathematical model used for describing the motion regularity of the crank is established.The influence of the fluctuation of the crank rotating speed on the movement of the polished rod and on the surface boundary conditions of the rod string vibration is taken into account,and ad new comprehensive mathematical model for dynamic simulation of beam pumping system is established.This mathematical model is a highly coupled compound model which consists of the ordinary differential equations set and the partial derivative equations set,therefore an independent unit simulation computing method is set up by which the simulation calculation of two units can be carried out independently.
