论述了APACS小型分散型控制系统 (DCS)在常减压蒸馏装置上的应用。由于灵活运用了APACS的软、硬件资源 ,并通过系统组态功能块的合理选用、组合、巧妙搭配 ,实现了生产过程所需要的仪表控制方案 ,从而方便了生产操作 。

The application of APACS mini distributed control system (DCS) in second distillation of Yansan Petrochemical refinery is introduced.Since the hardware and software resources of APACS are applied,flexibility and system configuration blocks are selected and combined rationally and arranged skillfully,the control plan demanded in production process has been realized.So process operation is convenient and the control requirement can be satisfied.
