摘要
牙轮钻头结构复杂 ,设计困难 ,使用普通的计算机辅助设计方法难以收到理想的效果。为此 ,研究了牙轮钻头参数化设计方法。设计中 ,根据牙轮钻头的结构特点 ,用Pro/E软件建立特征模型 ,然后利用Pro/E的Program模块编程 ,采用数据文件与Pro/E模型交换数据 ,达到从特征模型中根据用户输入的参数而自动地在Pro/E中生成牙轮钻头的三维实体和二维加工图的目的 ,从而使设计人员从大量繁琐的绘图及计算工作中解脱出来。参数化设计软件的应用结果证明 ,该设计方法简单易行 ,提高了设计效率 ,降低了设计成本 ,对设计质量提供了可靠的保证 。
It is not ideal to design cone bit with ordinary CAD method owing to the complexity of the bit's structure, therefore a parametrization design method is presented. A feature model is set up first by Pro/E software based on the design feature of the bit, then by using Pro/Program tool, the parametrization design of the cone bit is achieved and the corresponding programs is worked out, which can promote the design efficiency and quality as well as decrease the design cost. The idea and method are also suited for other assemblies and models having stable structure and varied parameters.
