摘要
新研制的大型轧制焊接板壳式换热器集板式换热器和管壳式换热器的优点于一体 ,既保留了前者高效传热的特点 ,又继承了后者压力壳承压能力高和密封性好的长处 ,增强了对炼油工艺的适用性。这种板壳式换热器的结构研究主要针对板程和壳程的结构形式 ,管板的分析计算以及板束与壳体热膨胀差的平衡。较长板片的连续压制成型和薄板片间的焊接是制造该换热器的关键技术。这种换热器比立管式换热器的传热效率高 2~ 4倍 ,占地面积减少 50 %以上 ,每年节省加热炉燃油费、电费等约 35万元 ,操作费约
A new plate shell heat exchanger with higher adaptability to refinery technology is developed. The new exchanger has both the advantages of plate heat exchanger and tubular heat exchanger. The key technique for manufacturing this heat exchanger is the continuous pressure moulding of long plates and welding of thin plates. The heat transfer efficiency of the new heat exchanger is 2~4 times of that of the vertical tube heat exchanger, and its use cost is correspondingly lower.
