摘要
针对游梁式抽油机的电动机大多数处于轻载运行的情况 ,根据电动机设计原理 ,设计出了一种新颖的双绕组串联节能电动机。这种电动机的定子绕组由一个多匝绕组和一个少匝绕组串联而成。多匝绕组单独运行时功率大 ,串联少匝绕组以后的功率小 ,但功率因数高 ,效率高。电动机外部采用切换装置 ,轻载时 ,两个绕组串联运行 ;满载时 ,只用多匝绕组运行。理论计算和实测表明 ,抽油机轻载运行时双绕组串联节能电动机节能效果超过 10 %
In order to solve the problem that most motors for beam pumping units are underloaded while working, this article presents a method for designing a double power energy saving motor, according to the design principle of the electric motor. The stator winding of the motor is made up of a multi circle winding and a minor circle winding in series. Provided with a kind of winding switching device, the motor runs with the two windings working simultaneously while underloaded, and with the multi circle windings working solely while full loaded. Calculation and actual measurement show that over 10 percent of the energy was saved after the double power motor was used.
