以自行开发的裂解炉对流段模拟软件为工具,就裂解炉对流段设计中应考虑的各种问题进行分析比较。最后就对流段的设计作了一些探讨,希望能对生产与设计有所裨益。即如何判断现有裂解炉对流段对改变原料和操作条件的适应性,以及适应多种原料的裂解炉对流段设计方案。

Based on the self- developed simulation software about convection section in cracking furnace, all kinds of key points have been compared. Discussion about design of the convection section has been done to provide some reference for operation and design, that is how to judge the adaptability of the convection section to the change of feedstocks and operation conditions and to design convection section that can operate a wide range of feedstocks.
