摘要
酸性条件下制备了一系列不同镁铝比的尖晶石 ,作为硫转移剂应用于 FCC过程中。评价了其组成、结构、Ce的引入对其硫转移活性的影响 ,得到了作为硫转移剂的最佳组成。通过 MAT活性评价和固定流化床反应评价证实 ,最佳组成的尖晶石也是合适的捕钒剂。在 FCC催化剂体系中 ,它对催化剂活性有良好的保护作用 ,同时具有捕钒和硫转移作用。尖晶石中游离 Mg O含量的增加 ,既不能使硫转移活性提高 。
