合成润滑油分离装置挖潜改造Ⅰ.常压分馏塔消除下限瓶颈的研究

摘要 在合成润滑油装置搬迁项目中 ,利用闲置的直径 1 .6m塔 ,替代现有合成润滑油分离系统的两座 1 .0 m已处于下限操作的串联常压分馏塔。针对精馏塔下限操作的存在的操作问题 ,进行了消除下限操作瓶颈的案例研究。首期对该常压塔进行了堵孔 ,结果表明效果基本达到了生产要求 ,但操作稳定性极差 ;第二期改造是应用 Super V1浮阀塔板 ,成功地消除了塔设备的下限瓶颈 ,表明 Super V1浮阀塔板具有极为优良的下限性能。 In the removal project of sythetic lubricant oil unit,the idle equipment of φ1 6m tower is substituted for two sets φ1 0m atmospheric fractionation column in series under lower limit operation of present lubricant oil separation system.In accordance with the operation problems existed in fractionation column under lower limit operation,a case of eliminating lower limit operation bottle neck is researched.At the first phase of project,the existing holes of fractionation column valve tray are blanked.It shows that the production effect meets basically the requirements of production,but the operating stability is very bad.At the second phase of project,the “super V 1” valve tray is adopted.The lower limit bottle neck of column is eliminated.The result shows that the super V 1 valve tray has good performance under lower limit operation,and a typical example is given for improving the operation of tray under lower limit.
