由于选材不当 ,或制造、安装不规范以及 H2 S应力腐蚀 ,致使不少液化石油气储罐 (包括球罐和卧式容器 )壳体焊缝及其附近产生了裂纹 ,有的甚至因此酿成了着火、爆炸等重大事故。因此 ,在这类压力容器设计、建造、使用、管理中 ,一定要按规范要求办事。选择低裂纹敏感性材料、安装施工中确保焊接质量、认真做好整体消除应力热处理等是至关重要的 ,同时设法降低液化石油气中的 H2
Owing to the mistake selection of material,or H 2S stress corrosion,the shell welding and nearby region of some LPG storage vessel(spherical vessel and horizental vessel) appear crack even to catching fire and explode heavy accidents etc.So that in design,fabrication,operation and management of this category pressure vessel must conform to code.It is very important,such as selection of low crack sensibility material,ensuring welding quality in erection and construction,dealing with seriously the whole body stress relief heat treatment etc.In the meantime decreasing the content of H 2S in LPG is also a important protection of H 2S stress corrosion.
