在运行着的液化气罐区内建设新球罐 ,要进行大规模的动火作业 ,这样对生产和安全极为不利。本文介绍先在罐区防火安全距离外进行球罐整体预制 ,然后再装排、搬运到罐区基础上安装的方法 ,并报道了实际应用情况。该方法简单、安全可靠 ,提高了效率 。

It is not safe to weld & install a new spherical tank within a liquified gas tank farm with fire on a large scale. The paper introduced a new method-first the whole spherical tank was prefabricated beyond the safe distance of tank farm fire-prevention; then the prefabricated spherical tank parts were lifted, arranged & installed to the foundation. This installation method is simple, safe & reliable. It can improve work efficiency & save heavy-duty hoisting cost.
