摘要
从裂解汽油加氢的基本过程及原理出发 ,在中心馏分两段加氢工艺过程中 ,结合国内裂解汽油加氢催化剂的特点 ,讨论适宜的一段加氢工艺条件及反应器的选型。采用兰化公司化工研究院研制的Ly 860 1催化剂和滴流床反应器 ,根据固定床反应器设计的基本原理 ,在不能提供宏观动力学方程的情况下 ,提出了一段加氢滴流床反应器的设计方法 ,并成功地应用于齐鲁乙烯改扩建工程裂解汽油加氢装置的设计 ,该装置自 1998年投产至今 ,操作稳定 ,运行良好 ,实践证明该方法是可行的。
On the basis of principles of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation process,suitable process conditions and reactor choice of the first stage of two stage hydrogenation process of intermediate fraction were discussed combing with the features of the domestic cracked gasoline hydrogenation catalyst Using Ly 8601 catalyst and trickle bed reactor developed by Chemical Research Institute of Lan zhou Chemical Company and according to the design principle of the fixed bed,the design method of the first stage hydrogenation reactor of trickle bed has been set forth under the lack of macroscopic kinetics equation In the revamping and expanding project of Qilu ethylene plant,this design method has been applied to the design of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit successfully Since 1998 this unit has been operated smoothly The practice showed that the design method is feasible
