摘要
阐述了直读式无动力H2 S检测器的原理与结构 ,从理论上推导出空气中H2 S的体积分数与气体的扩散时间和扩散距离 (检测器的变色长度 )之间的数学模型 ,并通过实验验证了该模型 .结果表明 ,理论分析结果和实验数据吻合较好 ,最大相对误差为 12 .4% ,满足微量分析的要求 .该检测技术具有灵敏度高、精度高、费用低。
In this paper, principles and structures of a direct\|read passive H 2S monitor are briefly presented. Mathematical relations of H 2S concentration, diffuse time and diffuse length are theoretically performed and are experimentally calibrated. The results show that the theory is consistent with the experiments. The relative error of the measurement is less than 12.4%, suitable for a microanalysis. And the technique exhibits high sensitivity, high accuracy, low cost and easy operation for monitoring of H 2S gas in air.
