催化富气工艺装置改产代用天然气

CRG equipment converted to SNG production

近年来,东海天然气率先进入上海浦东。上海地区燃气结构开始逐步由人工煤气向天然气转化。为了保证天然气供气的可靠性及增加天然气调峰能力,国外已有相当数量的CRG装置改产代用天然气(SNG)。在目前上海地区天然气供应气源仅为单一的东海天然气的情况下,确实需要有一个SNG生产厂作为备用气源来保证天然气的供应。本文提及由CRG工艺装置改产SNG的技术方案比较及论证。

To ensure NG supply and meet NG peak time demands, quite a few CRG equipment are convertedto substitute NG (SNG) in foreign countries. So far the only NG resource in Shanghai is from the East Sea, aSNG factory is really in need as a standby NG resource. This article compares and analyses technical plans onconverting CRG to NG.
