稀释输送工艺在东临老线上的应用

The Application of Diluted Oil Transportation Process in Dongying-Linyi Oil Pipeline,

为了提高东临老线(东营—临邑)输油管道的经济效益,根据稀释输送机理,结合胜利原油、阿曼原油的原油物性及东临老线实际工艺流程,在实验测定的基础上,采用了阿曼油与胜利油不同配比的稀释输送工艺,实现了东临老线冬季常温输送和间隙输送,节能、节电效果显著,取得了一定的经济效益。

To increase the oil throughput of Dongying-Linyi oil pipelines dilution test on Shengli oil and Oman oil (Oman oil taken as a diluent) at different formulations has been carried out to find out appropriate diluting rates,and the important test results have been obtained from the operating pipeline. Meanwhile,a good result from the test on transportation at ordinary temperature and restart after shutdown has also been gained. With the test data,this pipeline can be operated at ordinary and intermittent delivery.
