摘要
以胜利三号平台为例介绍了顶驱钻机的维护系统及其重要性。该系统包括原油入口的过滤装置 ,热油过滤冷却装置和钻井马达变速箱过滤冷却循环装置等三大部分。为了保证钻井工作能不间断地正常运行 ,对这些液压系统的经常性维护 ,避免内压污染的侵入十分重要。
By using Shengli No 3 offshore platform as an example, the importance and procedure of maintenance of the hydraulic systems of the top drive drilling rig are introduced. These system include filtering system for crude oil entering ,filtering and cooling system for hot oil, filtering and cooling water circulating system for reduction gearbox of the drilling motor. In order to keep successful and continuous running of the rig during drilling, these hydraulic systems have to be maintained careful and frequently to avoid any pollution from inside and outside of the rig.
