摘要
介绍聚甲醛(POM)合金化及复合增强等方面研究的进展。在合金化方面,论述了POM难于合金化的原因、传统型POM/PUR-T合金的现状、POM合金化的新方法及其相容化机理等;在复合增强方面,论述了使用长玻纤、碳纤维、短玻纤、玻璃微珠、滑石粉或酞酸钾晶须等对POM进行复合增强的目的、复合体系的性能及特点等。
The advance in polyacetal alloy and its composite strengthening is introduced. In the aspect of alloy, the reason why polyacetal is difficult to form alloy, the condition of traditional POM/PUR-T alloy, the new way to prepare polyacetal alloy and its compatibility mechanism are discussed, in the respect of composite strengthening, the purpose of making the strengthening of polyacetal composite with glass fiber, carbon fiber, short glass fiber, glass bead and talcum, the properties of the composite and its characteristics are discussed.
