摘要
采用氧化亚铁硫杆菌从镍黄铁矿中浸出镍. 发现使用驯化菌比使用非驯化菌浸出效果好得多. 驯化菌种和非驯化菌种早期生长环境的不同是造成这种情况的主要原因. 比较了可能影响非驯化菌在矿浆中生长情况的3个因素:Ni, Cu金属离子的影响、硫的影响、矿物颗粒剪切力,结果表明矿物颗粒剪切力的影响是最主要的因素.
Thiobacillus ferrooxidans are used to leach Ni from nicopyrite. It is found that better leaching is resulted when adapted bacteria are used in contrast to unadapted bacteria. Three factors inhibit adapted and unadapted bacteria in slurry: the concentration of Ni2+ and Cu2+, the presence of sulfide, and the shearing stress. The shearing stress seems to be the most important.
