摘要
简要分析了我国锦纶６短纤维的生产现状及生产设备,从切片质量、螺杆挤压机、冷却风、计量泵形式、喷丝板结构和清洗的方式、徐冷装置、单体抽吸及过热蒸汽保护等方面对锦纶６粗旦短纤维纺丝生产新工艺进行了探讨。
The present situation and equipment of PA6 coarse staple fiber in our country were analysed briefly in this article. The relationships between the type of screw extruder, cooling air, metering pump, the structure of spinneret, the cleaning mode of spin pack, annealer, monomer suction and overheat steam protection etc. were studied.
