高抗冲聚丙烯喷灌管材的研制 被引量:11

摘要 用SBS和纳米CaCO_3对无规共聚聚丙烯进行改性,结果表明,SBS使PP的冲击强度明显提高,但拉伸强度等有所降低;将表面改性的纳米CaCO_3填充于PP/SBS共混体系中,可有效地提高共混体系的冲击强度、拉伸强度等力学性能及其它性能,可满足喷灌管在不同区城使用的要求。 The modification of PP-R is conducted using SBS and Nano-CaCO3. The test result shows that SBS is obviously helpful to PP impact strength, but its tensile strength is reduced in some degree, adding Nano-CaCO3 with surface modification, the physical property including impact strength and tensile strength and other properties of the PP/SBS blending system has being improved greatly, which can satisfy the application requirements of irrigation pipes in different regions.
