摘要
通过热氧老化试验,考察了热氧对尼龙1212拉伸屈服应力、拉伸断裂应力、冲击强度、断裂伸长率、熔点、熔融热的影响。用热分析仪研究了尼龙1212在N_2中的降解情况和热降解动力学,求得其平衡热降解温度、降解反应级数和降解活化能。
The influence of thermal oxygen on the tensile yield stress, tensile breaking stress, impact strength, elongation at break , melt point and the heat of melting of PF Nylon 1212 is investigated. The thermal degradation process and kinetics of PF Nylon 1212 in the N2 atmosphere are also studied, obtaining the parameters of thermal degradation kinetics by Coats-Redfern's method.
