摘要
以六次甲基四胺为磷钼酚醛树脂的固化剂,采用热重分析法研究了固化剂用量对磷钼酚醛树脂性能的影响和磷钼酚醛树脂的固化反应表观动力学。结果表明,磷钼酚醛树脂与固化剂配比为100:10时,700℃下失重率为30.3%,热分解温度为791.7℃,磷钼酚醛树脂固化反应的表观活化能为21.11kJ/mol。
The influence of amount of the curing agent on P-Mo Phenolic-formaldehyde resin is studied by thermal-weight analysis. The immobilization agent of P-Mo Phenolic-formaldehyde resin is hexamethylenetetramine. The apparent kinetic for action of immobilization agent is also studied. The ratio of P-Mo phenolic-formaldehyde resin to immobilization agent is 100:10, the lost ratio of weight is 30.3% at 700℃ .The temperature of thermal decomposability is 791.7℃. The apparent active energy is 21.11 kJ/mol.
