摘要
研究了用从工厂下脚料中回收的脂肪酸甲酯与二乙醇胺反应得到的 1∶1型油酰胺在AES复配体系中的泡沫及增稠性能 ,并与市购的 6 50 1进行了比较。实验结果表明 ,N N二羟乙基油酰胺与AES复配时具有良好的稳泡性 ;与AES和BS 1 2复配时并用NaCl调黏 ,当黏度达到 5 7Pa s时N N二羟乙基油酰胺复配体系NaCl用量为 1 3%而 6 50 1复配体系NaCl用量为 3 5%。因此N N二羟乙基油酰胺对AES具有良好的稳泡、增稠协同效应 ,能够作为辅助表面活性剂应用于液体洗涤剂中。
N,N diethoxyl oleoyl amide of 1∶1 type were synthesized by methyl oleote from the spent residue of the factory with diethanolamine.The foaming properties and thickening of compatible systems which were composed of oleoyl amide and AES were studied and compared with 6501.The results show the foaming properties and thickening of N,N diethoxyl oleoyl amide were better than 6501.When NaCl was added to the mixture and the viscosity was 5 7 Pa·s,the 3 5 w /% of NaCl was needed in 6501,however only 1 3 w /% of NaCl was needed in N,N diethoxyl oleoyl amide at the same condition.So N,N diethoxyl oleoyl amide can be used in liquid detergent.
