摘要
本文以固体酸催化剂DH -1作为液固相酯化反应的催化剂 ,4A分子筛作脱水剂 ,无水乙醇作带水剂 ,合成了月桂酸乙酯。应用该方法 ,酯化反应产率高达 88%。同时对影响产率的诸因素进行了考察 ,其最佳反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 1 0∶1 ,催化剂用量为 1 2 % ,反应时间为 1 8小时 ,反应温度 70~ 80℃ ,催化剂重复使用 1 0次 ,未见其活性明显下降 ,此工艺操作简单 ,反应条件温和 ,产率高 ,具有显著的工业应用价值。
Ethyl laurate was synthesized with Solid acid catalyst DH-1 in liquid-solid phase esterification. 4A molecular sieve as dehydrolyzing agent and absolute ethly alcohol as carring off agent of water. Factors influencing yield were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: alcohol vs. acid mole ratio 10:1, catalyst amount 12%, reaction time 18h and temperature 70~80℃. The yield under the optimum conditions was above 88%. The catalyst can be reused for 10 times. while its activity was not significantly not changed. The procedure possessed simple operating, temperate reactions conditions and high esterified yield. It can be widely used in industry.
