摘要
用溶胶 凝胶 (Sol-gel)法以Al(NO3) 3·9H2 O ,ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O为原料 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,在不锈钢表面制备了xAl2 O3·yZrO2 复合陶瓷涂层。研究了基材氧化预处理、溶液纽成、添加剂等对陶瓷涂层组成、性能的影响。结果表明 :基材氧化预处理能大大改善涂层与基材的结合强度 :涂有xAl2 O3·yZrO2
The Sol gel method was used to prepare the complex ceramic coating of xAl 2O 3·yZrO 2 on stainless steel surface with Al(NO 3) 3?ZrOCl 2 and ethanol.The ijfluence of the preoxidized base,the bath composition and the additive on the coating structure and performance was studied.The results show that the adhesive strength can be greatly improved by preoxidzing the base;The xAl 2O 3·yZrO 2 ceramic coating had a high temperature oxidation resistantce than stainless steel.
