Study on the Key Factors in Low Temperature Phosphating Process

研究了低温磷化的控制因素 ,研究结果表明 ,影响磷化膜的成膜速率及膜质因素有促进剂、表调剂以及溶液中的 [Zn2 + ]、PO3 -4 /NO-3 、pH值等参数 ,在低温磷化体系中 ,[Zn2 + ]、PO3 -4 /NO-3 。

The key factors in low temperature phosphating process have been studied . For the former , three factors , PO 3- 4/NO 3?[Zn 2+ ]?and pH , play the most important role in the process when the concentration of Zn 2+ is constant . But for the latter, selecting the accelerator correctly and the use of surface conditioning agent are crux.
