回转凉碱炉的工艺结构改造

Process Structure Modification of Soda Ash Rotary Cooler

分析了原设计的回转凉碱炉在工艺结构上存在的不足 ,提出了改造方案。经实施后的生产运行证明改造是成功的 ,从而使回转凉碱炉工艺结构更加合理 。

Analyzes the defects of the original design of soda ash cooler in the aspect of process structure and the modification scheme is specified and executed, the operation approved that the modification is succeed and it makes the structure of soda ash rotary cooler more reasonable and perfect and it also accumulated the experience for new soda ash rotary cooler design.
