摘要
介绍了N型催化剂和CS -II型催化剂在荆门石化总厂 7万t/aPP装置的使用情况 ,分析了 2种催化剂的外观、组成、活性等对PP产品质量的影响及其在生产操作中的特点、操作条件的差异和存在的问题 。
The industrial application of N-type and CS-Ⅱtype catalysts in a 70 kt/a polypropylene plant was introduced.The factors influenced the product quality in appearance,composition and acivity of both catalysts were presented.The characteristics and the difference between N-type and CS-Ⅱ type catalysts in industrial operation and some problems were analyzed and the improvement suggestion was given.
