摘要 详细分析了乙烯装置初分馏系统设计和操作的几个主要工艺参数 :汽油分馏塔塔釜温度及塔顶裂解汽油回流量 ,急冷油循环量 ,急冷油黏度 ,裂解柴油采出量 ,裂解燃料油采出量。 The process parameters in the design and operation of primary fractionation system in ethylene unit,such as primary fractionator bottom temperature,crack gasoline reflux quantity,quench oil recycle quantity,quench oil viscosity,crack gas oil and crack fuel oil extruct quantity,were analyzed.The changes of these parameters were restricted by material balance and heat balance of tower.
