中氮企业造气系统改造探讨

摘要 认为废热回收利用方式不合理是中氮造气煤耗高的主要原因 ,中氮造气存在上行管线过长 ,下吹蒸汽加入点不合适 ,吹风气热能利用低等弊端 ,并提出了改进措施。以济南化肥厂为例 ,计算说明改造后综合效益及改造投资。 It is considered that high consumption of coal in the gas preparation system in the medium sized plant is mainly because of the improper mode for waste heat recovery. There are some drawbacks such as too long upstream pipe line;incorrect entry point for steam blowing down;low efficiency of heat of blowing air and etc. in the system. Measures are proposed for improvement. Taking Jinan Chemical Fertilizer plant as an example,calculation shows that,after modification,total economic return is good and investment on modification is not big.
