摘要
为探讨低温技术在胎羊体外循环中的应用 ,将 1 2头孕龄 1 2 0~ 1 40 d的白山羊随机分为常温组 ( 3 7℃ ,n=6)和低温组 ( 2 8℃ ,n=6) ,建立胎羊体外循环模型。体外转流 1 h,监测胎羊和母羊的体温、血压、心率和血气值。结果显示 ,低温转流中胎羊心率减慢 ,血液p H值下降明显。转流后低温组胎羊较常温组出现更为严重的低氧、高碳酸血症和酸中毒( P<0 .0 5) ,血压下降明显 ,心率减慢 ,其中 2头胎羊心脏停跳。表明胎羊体外循环中低温对胎儿 -胎盘单元更为不利。
To study the effects of hypothermia on the fetal lamb during fetal cardiopulmonary bypass. 12 pregnant goats (120~140 days gestation) were divided into two groups: one group for fetal normothermic bypass (37℃, n =6), the other group for fetal hypothermic bypass (28℃, n =6). The circuit consisted of roller pump and artificial oxygenator. Fetal bypass lasted one hour. The blood gas, heart rate and blood pressure were monitored for the goats and fetal lamb. During hypothermic bypass, heart rate of fetus slow down,the pH of blood were decreased gradually following bypass. After fetal lamb wean off bypass, degrees of hypoxia, hypercarbia, acidosis in the hypothermic group were much stronger than that of normothermic group. Heart rate and blood pressure reduced seriously in hypothermic group after bypass. In conclusion, hypothermia is detrimental to the fetal placental unit during fetal cardiopulmonary bypass.
