摘要
报道了一种促使乳酸芽孢杆菌大量生成芽孢的方法 ,其要点是在培养菌体后往培养基中添加适量的固态介质。实验结果证明这种方法具有 :①芽孢易形成 ,并可在一些不能形成芽孢的培养基添加固态介质后形成芽孢。在所用的几种乳酸菌培养基中 ,这种添加方法均适用。②芽孢形成率高 ,可达 95 %以上。③芽孢形成时间短 ,添加后一般静置培养 4
In order to facilitate sporulation of Bacillus WTFY1001, the method of adding some solid media into the culture medium was developed. The advantages of this method were as follows: ①sporulation could be easily achieved, it was effective for most lactic acid bacteria medium;②sporulation rate was high,even over 95%;③sporulation time was shortened,only after 48 hours.
