摘要
APS是一种由新近分离的蜡状芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluscereus)菌株S1分泌产生的新型抗真菌环状多肽。研究了不同的离子对菌株S1发酵生产APS的影响 ,结果表明 ,阳离子如K+ 、Na+ 、Al3 + 对S1产素APS的产生有促进作用 ,而Ca2 + 、Fe2 + 、Mg2 + 表现出抑制作用 ,阴离子中H2 PO4 - 、HPO4 2 - 对产素的产生具有较强的抑制作用 ,其它阴离子表现出中性作用。在S1发酵的过程中 ,加入浓度为 0 .2 %~ 0 .8%Tween2 0和 10~ 10 0u/mL的青霉素G能够增加APS的效价。
APS was a novel antifungal cyclic polypeptide secreted by Bacillus cereus strain 1.The effects of different irons on the production of APS were studied . The results showed that K +,Na +,Al 3+ could promote the production of APS ,while Ca 2+ , Fe 2+, Mg 2+, H 2PO 4 -, HPO 4 2- exhibited inhibition of production of APS. Also, penicillin G and surfactant such as Tween 20 were found that could increase the production at the concentration range of 0.2%~0.8% and 10~100u/mL respectively.
