支气管哮喘与咽部微生态学关系的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨支气管哮喘与咽部微生态学紊乱有无关系。方法 :选择 34例本院呼吸内科门诊病人和 2 6例正常人对照 ,进行咽部菌群的定性、定量、定位测定。结果 :哮喘患者需氧菌密度为 6 .8778±1.7331,正常人咽部需氧菌密度为 5 .1437± 1.0 12 5 ,两者比较差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;哮喘患者咽部厌氧菌密度为 7.0 5 0 0± 2 .7486 ,正常人为 6 .2 90 0± 2 .3732 ,两者比较差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :支气管哮喘患者咽部微生态学明显失衡。不排除其在支气管哮喘发作。 Objective:To observe relationship between the astham and the throat to changed in microecology Methods:34 patients with the asham and 26 adult of good heath were examined for the throat flora by qualitative,quanlitative and locational analysis Results:The densities of aerobes(lg10 n± s )in the patients with asthma and the adult of good heath were 6 8778±1 7331 and 5 1437±1 0125 The both had significant differences (P<0 01);The densities of anaerobes (lg10 n±s) in the patients with asthma and the adult of good heath were 7 0500±2 7486 and 6 2900±2 3732 The both had significant differences too (P<0 01) Conclusion:There was not abnormal change of the throat microecology in the patients with asthma It may be value in astham happened,activity and prognosis
