Vitek-AMS系统检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶的评价

摘要 目的 :评价 Vitek- AMS系统检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶 (ESBLS)方法的敏感性和特异性。方法 :用Vitek- 32仪器法、双纸片协同试验法检测 45株 ESBLS阳性和 45株 ESBLS阴性菌株 ,并将结果进行比较。结果 :Vitek- 32仪器法检出 45株 ESBL s阳性株中的 43株 ,而双纸片协同试验法仅检出 38株 ,45株 ES-BLS 阴性株用两法检测均为阴性。 Vitek- AMS仪器法检测 ESBL s的方法敏感性为 95 .5 % ,特异性为10 0 % ,而双纸片协同试验法分别为 84.4%和 10 0 %。结论 :Vitek- AMS系统检测 ESBLS的方法敏感性和特异性均优于双纸片协同试验法 ,且操作简便 ,有条件的实验室可将其作为初筛 Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity for the detection of extended spectrum beta lactamases(ESBLs)by Vitek AMS system Methods:45 ESBLs producing strains and 45 non ESBLs producing strains were detected by Vitek 32 system and the double disk synergy test Results:43 of 45 ESBLs producing strains were found to be ESBLs positive by Vitek 32 system, however, only 38 ESBLs producing strains were detected positive by the double disk synergy test 45 non ESBLs producing strains were found to be ESBLs negative by two methods The sensitivity?specificity for detection of ESBLs by Vitek 32 system and the double disk synergy test were 95 5%?100%?84 4%?100%,respectively Conclusions:The sensitivity and specificity for the detection of ESBLs by Vitek 32 system were higher than the double disk synergy test Vitek AMS system is suitable for screening ESBLs producing strains routinely in hospitals
