人类原发性高血压候选基因的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 原发性高血压是一种遗传与环境因素相互作用所致的多基因遗传性疾病 ,其相关或易感基因研究在近年来非常活跃。利用家系或同胞对 ,采用基因组扫描结合候选基因策略 ,迄今已筛选出了数十种原发性高血压的可能相关基因。本文从与人体血压生理生化代谢相关的几条途径中 ,选择介绍了与血压调节密切相关的几个候选基因的研究进展。 Essential hypertension is a complex inherited disorder,which is influenced by multiple genes and their interactions with each other and with environmental factors. Researches were conducted in the past 10 years for screening its susceptable genes.Genome-wide scan approach combined with candidate gene strategy was used to detect linkage or association with essential hypertension through using hypertensive pedigrees or sib-pairs.So far,several predisposing genes have been screened out.This review is to summary the research progress of some candidate genes,which were closely associated with blood pressure regulating in physiological pathway.
