摘要
目的 观察银杏叶提取物 (EGb)对氢化可的松模型小鼠记忆和免疫功能的影响。方法 氢化可的松 4mg·kg-1·d-1× 2 1d ,sc诱导小鼠免疫功能低下和学习记忆障碍模型 ;采用跳台法作行为检测 ;MTT法用于测定免疫指标。结果 EGb(40、80mg·kg-1·d-1× 31d ,ig)可减少小鼠的跳台错误次数 ,缩短逃避潜伏期。EGb(2 0、40、80mg·kg-1·d-1× 31d ,ig)能促进T淋巴细胞增殖 ,提高IL 1及IL 2水平。结论 EGb对氢化可的松诱导的小鼠学习记忆障碍和免疫功能低下均有明显的改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of ginkgo biloba leaves(EGb) on memory and immune function in mice with hydrocortisone (HC). Methods The immunosuppressed and dysmnesic mice were induced by HC(4 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ×21 d, sc). The ability of learming and memory were explored using step down test. The immune functon were measured by MTT method. Results EGb(40, 80 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ×31 d, ig)reduced the mistaken time of step down, shortened EL. EGb(20, 40, 80 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ×31 d, ig)boosted the prolifernation of T lymphocytes, enhanced the activity of IL 1 and IL 2. Conclusion EGb improves the impairment of learnig and memory and enhances effect on experimental immunosuppression by HC in mice.
