脑动静脉畸形手术前和放射外科治疗前的栓塞治疗

Embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformations to assure successful surgi cal resection and radiosurgery

目的 :探讨脑动静脉畸形手术前和放射外科治疗前栓塞方法的特点和效果。 方法 :2 1例在术前或放射外科治疗前均以 α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯 ( NBCA)进行栓塞 ,其中 2例先以真丝线段栓塞以减慢血流 ,再以 NBCA栓塞。结果 :7例拟行手术患者和 1 4例拟行放射外科治疗患者栓塞后畸形血管团体积均有不同程度缩小。 结论 :手术前和放射外科治疗前行畸形血管团的栓塞 ,可明显提高脑动静脉畸形手术和放射外科治疗的效果。

Objective: : To explore the characteristic o f preoperation embolization and preradiosurgery embolization for cerebral arteri ovenous malformations. Methods: Preoperation embolization in 7 p atients and preradiosurgery embolization in 14 patients were performed. Embolic therapy was conducted by introducing the tip of a catheter into the nidus or feeding arteries and injecting N-butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA) in all patients and injecting silk thread then NBCA in 2 cases. Results: After preoperation and preradiosurgery embolization, the size of the lesion was reduced to different extents in all cases. Conclusion: Embolization is helpful for improving the therapeutic efficacy of the resection and radiosurgery of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
