摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌微创治疗新进展。方法 检索有关乳腺癌微创治疗的最新文献。结果 电化学治疗、内窥镜、经皮微波凝固治疗、高能聚焦超声及靶向治疗乳腺癌 ,具创伤小、出血少、康复快的特点。结论 开展乳腺癌微创治疗是乳腺癌治疗的趋势。
Objective To study the advances of minimally invasive surgery for breast cancer. Methods The latest references on the minimally invasive surgery of breast cancer were reviewed. Results Electrochemotherapy,endoscopy, percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy, high intensity focused ultrasound, and targeting therapy were widely applied to treat breast cancer with the characteristics of minimal wound, little hemorrhage and fast rehabilitation. Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery for breast cancer will be extensively carried out in the future.
