摘要 八十年代发现的钒的类胰岛素作用掀起了国内外对钒的研究热潮。近二十年来,各国学者对钒在基础科学及糖尿病学方面进行了广泛深入的研究。本文主要从钒的抗糖尿病方面,论述了钒在体内、体外、临床等方面的作用,对其作用机制也进行了初步地探讨。目前合成出的有机钒化合物毒性小,作用强,使得钒应用于临床成为可能。 In the early 80's, scientists in many countries took great interest in the discovery of insulin-mimetic actions of vanadium. Since then, vanadium has been extensively studied in the basic and antidiabetic field. In this review, we discuss the action of vanadium in vivo, in vitro, clinical trails and the mechanism of vanadium. It is possible that numerous organic complexes of vanadium are used in treatment for they are more effective and less toxic.
