摘要
目的 探讨外伤性白内障后房人工晶状体植入术后双眼屈光状态与立体视觉的关系。方法 对 33例外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术后矫正视力、双眼屈光状态、同时视、融合力、立体视锐度等功能进行检测。结果 立体视觉与视力、屈光不正、屈光参差、伤后手术时间及受伤年龄有关。 33例术后视力明显提高 ,32例获得不同程度立体视 ,其中中心凹立体视 19例 ,黄斑立体视 8例 ,周边立体视 5例。结论 外伤性白内障尤其是儿童 ,应早期手术植入人工晶体 。
Objective To study the relation between the stereoscopic vision and the binocular refraction of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation with traumatic cataract after operation.Methods Examing the corrected visual acuity,binocular refraction state,simultaneous vision,fusion faculty and stereoscopic after intraocular lens implantation of 33 cases with traumatic cataract.Results Stereoscopic vision was associated with optic vision,anisometropia,operation time and age.All the 33 cases restored stereoscopic vision to different degree including 19 cases restored stereoscopic vision of the central fovea,8 cases restored stereoscopic vision of the macula lutea,5 cases restored peripheral stereoscopic vision.Conclusions It suggests that the intraocular lens implantation should be performed the earliest for patient with traumatic cataract especially for children,and pay attention to examine the stereoscopic vision as well as the optimal vision.
