全麻下泪道探通及置管术治疗先天性泪囊炎

Probing and intubation under general anesthesia for treatment ofdacryocystitis neonatorum.

目的 评价全麻下泪道探通及置管术治疗先天性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 79例 90眼先天性泪囊炎患儿 ,氯胺酮全麻后 ,行泪道探通术 ,少数患儿探通后留置硬膜外麻醉管 1～ 3天。结果 79例患儿全部治愈 ,溢泪溢脓症状消失。结论 全麻下泪道探通及置管术治疗先天性泪囊炎 ,安全可靠 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of probing and insertion of polyethlene tube for treatment of dacryocystitis neonatorum. Methods Under general anesthesia,90 eyes of 79 cases with dacryocystitis neonatorum were treatment with probing of lacrimal passage, insertion of polyethylene tube were performed in 14 eyes of them. Results Epiphora and pyorrhea disappeared after operation in all cases. Conclusions Probing and intubation under gereral nesthesia is a safe and reliable method for treatment of dacryocystitis neonatorum.
